Two moms, two studios, one place for your setup
Yay Party Factory is run by Karinne and Gisele in Kenner, Louisiana. We have been in the event business for more than ten years.
It began with our own kids’ parties
Like so many women in this business, we started by decorating our own children’s birthdays. We built the backdrops, painted the walls and set up the room ourselves, and we fell in love with it.
We started in a small house. Today we run two independent studios in Kenner: Yay Party Factory for event rentals, and Viva Creation Studio for custom signage.
Serving decorators is what we love most
Along the way we found our real passion: serving the decorators and event planners who bring our pieces to life. Seeing a planner walk into the room and make it theirs is still the best part of our work.
We are mothers and wives, and we know what a celebration means to a family. We treat every order as if it were for our own.

Delivery, fees and questions
We deliver from our Kenner studio to the areas below, from Metairie to Baton Rouge. Fees are based on mileage and are one-way.

Delivery is available on orders of $300 or more. For events 40 miles or more from ZIP code 70062, the minimum order is $500. Fees are one-way and include standard drop-off. If we collect the pieces after 9 PM, the late pick-up fee in the last column is added. Stairs, difficult access or multiple trips may add charges. Pick-up at our Kenner studio is also available, by appointment.

How do I book?
Add pieces to your quote, fill in your name, contact and event details, and tap Send request. It comes straight to us. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We reply with availability and your total.
Can you paint a piece to my colors?
Yes. Pieces are painted to match your palette. More than two colors on one piece adds a fee, which we confirm in your quote.
Do you deliver, or can I pick up?
Both. We deliver to the areas above on orders of $300 or more, with fees listed above. Pick-up is available at 924 Kenner Ave, Suite 9, Kenner, by appointment only.
Can I add custom signs?
Yes. Custom signs are designed with you and printed in Kenner. Production takes about 7 days, with a 48-hour rush option, and two rounds of revisions are included.
Delivery and fit
Dimensions are provided before or at booking. You are responsible for making sure items fit through doors, hallways, elevators and the event space. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and no refunds are issued in those cases.
Picking up
Bring a vehicle large enough to carry the items safely. If you take more than one piece, bring blankets so they do not rub and scratch in transit.
Damage and returns
You are responsible for broken, damaged, permanently stained or stolen items. A minimum damage fee of $100 applies, and it varies by item. Straps, blankets, weight bags, legs and screws must come back with the rental or a fee is charged on arrival.
